This is a one-on-one strategy session. We'll spend an hour discussing a specific challenge or decision you're facing. It can be about strategic direction, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, entering new markets, product focus, resource allocation, portfolio strategy, attracting investors, potential M&A, divestiture considerations - or something less defined that you just want to make sense of. The goal is to give you external clarity when you're too close to the problem.

Who I am 

I am the CEO of Black Bastion Group, a strategic consulting firm, and I bring a cross-sector perspective, clear strategic thinking, and a direct, no-nonsense approach. For nearly a decade, I've helped some of the world's largest companies think through complex decisions - from Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies to private equity firms and unicorn startups. Now, I help small and medium companies make better strategic decisions.
